Choosing love in uncertain times
It has been around a month since we completed Gentle Mornings ~ a 14-day morning practice held from the new moon to the full moon.
It was a beautiful container where we gathered each day, either live or through the recordings, to mark a mindful moment, slow down, and reconnect with something meaningful.
Here is what some participants shared:
“The way we were gently encouraged to cultivate an intention — growing something within ourselves alongside the growing moon, and letting go of what was no longer serving us — was beautifully woven through the 14 days. The symbolic connection with the moon felt very special.”
“The breathing and meditation techniques were excellent. I also loved the quotes and the way you integrated them into the theme of each session.”
“A beautiful and gentle way to connect with your breath and inner world. An accessible entry point into meditation and rest, with practical techniques to help establish a regular practice. The readings deepened the experience and supported reflection on the qualities you want to invite into your life — all without pressure or striving.”
I look forward to sharing this series again later in the year.

What has been most present for me recently
I’ve been noticing the small treasures woven through everyday life. This has been an ongoing practice for many years, yet it feels more important now than ever. It shapes whether we live from a sense of abundance or from a feeling of scarcity.
We always have a choice.
We can focus on what isn’t working, what needs fixing, or the heaviness we see in the world. Or we can choose to orient toward kindness, generosity, love, and service. This may sound idealistic, yet it feels profoundly true. We are constantly navigating inner polarities ~ fear or trust, judgement or compassion.
Again and again, I am reminded of the simplicity of choosing love.
As Gangaji beautifully expresses:
“The treasure that I invite you to discover is in your pocket right now — the pocket of your heart.”
There are treasures everywhere, even in moments of discomfort or uncertainty, if we are willing to pause and recognize them.
My invitation to you is to take small pauses throughout your day and ask:
Am I moving toward fear or toward love?
Can I choose compassion instead of judgement?
Is there a hidden treasure available to me in this moment?
New Yoga Nidra Practice: Bone Deep Relaxation
I’m happy to share my latest Yoga Nidra meditation recording, Bone Deep Relaxation.
You can listen on Insight Timer Plus (published in the next a few days), or if you don’t want to wait you can download the practice from my website to keep.
This deeply nurturing Yoga Nidra invites you into profound rest ~ guiding awareness from the outer world into the subtle inner landscape of body, breath, and energy. Through gentle body sensing, breath awareness, and the exploration of opposites, you are supported to release tension and soften into the natural intelligence of rest.
From this field of deep relaxation, you are invited to reconnect with your sankalpa, your heartfelt intention, and listen for inner guidance within the spaciousness of awareness.
This practice offers a restorative pathway for nervous system regulation, emotional ease, and whole-body renewal.
I hope it nourishes you.
With love and compassion,
Zoe
