Gentle Mornings is a live, 14-day morning meditation series meeting daily from the morning following the new moon through to the full moon.
Each morning we gather to begin the day slowly, softly, and with intention, easing out of sleep and into wakefulness in a way that feels supportive rather than demanding.
Guided by the natural arc of the lunar cycle, this series offers a simple, nourishing rhythm to support clarity, steadiness, and inner connection as the moon gradually grows in light.
Gentle Mornings is an invitation to slow down, listen, and meet the day with presence, ease, and care.
While each session is an inward, personal practice, there is something quietly powerful about gathering together at the same time each morning, sharing the stillness, the intention, and the beginning of the day in a way that feels meaningful and supportive, even as we sit in our own separate spaces.

Morning Nourishment
Each day you’ll receive a simple invitation to carry the spirit of the practice into the rest of your day. Something to explore, savour, or sit with in the hours that follow.
Each morning session includes:
◯ Arrival: A gentle settling practice to ease into the morning
◯ Intention: A daily intention to carry through the day
◯ Reading: A short reflection drawn from a range of wisdom traditions
◯ Meditation: A guided practice for grounding, clarity, and presence
◯ Closing: A simple, gentle close to carry the practice into the day

No need to worry. All sessions are recorded and will be available on a password-protected page on this website. Each recording will be shared alongside the day's reading, so you won't miss a thing. Many participants follow along entirely through the recordings and find it a deeply nourishing experience.

Absolutely. While the live sessions take place at 9:30am Australian time, participants from all over the world are warmly welcome. If the live time doesn't suit your schedule, the recordings mean you can create your own gentle morning moment, or even a ‘Gentle Afternoon’ - at a time that works for you. One participant from a previous series made it her afternoon practice and found it just as nourishing. Wherever you are, and whenever you choose to arrive, you are welcome.

Not at all. This is your practice and your space. I love to see your faces, but it's totally optional. Whichever feels most comfortable and supportive for you. Many participants prefer to simply settle in quietly and be present in their own way.

After each session you'll receive an email with all the details, including a link to the recording and the day's reading. These will also be available on a password-protected page on this website. You'll receive the password upon registration, and recordings will remain available for one month after the series concludes.

Yes, wholeheartedly. Gentle Mornings has been a meaningful support for participants navigating loss, uncertainty, and times of personal challenge. The practice is gentle, non-demanding, and offered with great care. You are not required to share anything or show up in any particular way. Simply arriving is enough. If you have any questions or concerns before registering, please feel free to reach out.

Yes, absolutely. Life happens, and there is no pressure to attend every session live. My gentle encouragement is to try not to skip days - not out of obligation, but because the daily rhythm is part of what makes this series so nourishing. That said, if you do miss a day, simply keep going. Come back the next morning, pick up where you are, and trust that every session you show up for is exactly enough.
