In honor of my mum and grandmother—both of whom offered tea as a healing ritual—and inspired by a recent retreat where I began each day with the stillness of a Tea Ceremony, I’m now offering this practice to others.
In silence, we share tea as a meditation. A sacred pause. An ancient ritual of deep presence. Those who’ve sat in this space with me have described it as grounding, nourishing, and moving.
This intimate gathering is for anyone longing to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience the quiet nourishment of sharing tea. No previous experience is needed.
